DNA extraction has become so easy, may help to many working in Biological sciences and may help to solve the phylogeny of many many micro groups, which appears to be challenging ?

DNA Isolation/Extraction is a basic method frequently used in biological sciences which can be used for many applications from solving phylogeny (as you mentioned) to solving crimes in forensics.
The challenge is how we will use it for benefit of mankind without harming Nature.
